Virtual Care
In my role as a Product Designer, I co-led the redesign and release of an end-to-end virtual, text-based telemedicine experience within an ambitious timeline of just 5 months. This project was not only about creating a seamless user interface, but also about aligning the existing patient experience workflows with Transcarent’s healthcare platform, distinct branding and design system.
Collaboration was key, and I worked closely with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, developers, healthcare experts, and marketing managers. This process ensured that our design solutions were technically feasible and aligned with our overarching strategic goals of delivering high quality virtual care to Transcarent’s members.
I delivered a simple user experience that reduced the barriers to receiving care, while also meeting data capture requirements from the existing back-end service. Ultimately, this project demonstrated my ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver a comprehensive solution.
